Let it snow, let it freeze, let it slide!

The snow storm has come! With much anticipation George Fox became a wintery wonderland! The picture in the first was taken from my dorm room window before it fogged up from the cold. The second is the wheeler bridge that is on my walk between My dorm and Kristin's. You can see by the bottom two pictures that we ended having some fun in the snow for a bit and we gave my car a mohawk. All in all a good day all though very very cold. More to come soon!

Change of Heart

To all,

   I realized sitting here that I have a blog talking about me. I am not skilled at talking or even particularly interested in talking about myself. So I have decided to change the focus of my blog from updating all on my life through words to informing through a picture or two. I think it will be entertaining and push me to take lots of pictures. I can go on and on for days about stories behind pictures and what I like about them while just talking about what is going on in my life directly bores me. Sorry if the change is harder to understand or less informative but I wasn't really writing much of anything anyways. Hope I haven't lost my readers with my lack of writing. Thank you to all who still read. Thanks!

My Car

I got my car back!

Change

There are candidates for change. There are people who say that they have changed. But there are also those who say that nothing ever changes. How does that work? Those all conflict. Does anybody believe those candidates for change are really going to change much? Those people that are just so hard to deal with, do you think that they are ever going to change? 

My real question: Is change real? Do people really change or just our perspectives? Are people capable of becoming any better than they are right now?

Selling out, and proud of it!

Hey Everyone, You may be wondering why it has been a while since I have posted anything and that is because I have been working on a new project of mine. Yes! That's right, something new! Some may say that I have sold out or gone corporate but I view it as expanding my horizons. I have not only made my own website but it is hosted at my own domain! So instead of tricking out my myspace with cool gadgets and what not I have created my own website at www.ZackKoppert.com which also comes with its own e-mail account (Zack@ZackKoppert.com). I am super excited to get all my ideas put into this thing. I just updated the general layout today and I plan to continue expanding. Pretty soon you will be able to call my cell phone and customer service reps in Malaysia will pick up and direct your call... ok so I am just kidding about that. I don't like outsourcing. Anyways I will catch you all on the flipside. In the meantime check out my new website!   

Bored

Do you know the phrase "You don't know what you got, till it's gone"? My car has been in the shop for the past two days and I have been realizing something. 

Captain jack says, "Wherever we want to go, we'll go. That's what a ship is you know. It's not just a keel and a hull and a deck and sails, that's what a ship needs, but what a ship is... what the Black Pearl really is... is freedom." That is what my car is for me. It is my freedom, my Black Pearl. Not only is it my freedom it is also my hobby. I have nothing to work on if I don't have my car. :(

Are you a cow?

If I was a cow my life might be the same. My superiors would sell the stuff I make. Girls would think I smell bad. I would be one out of millions who look act and do the same things while wishing to be different. When my pretty woman comes around I would attempt to woo her with a poetic song. Once I utter the words I realize that my song is just an echo of every other mans song. It is no sweeter than eastward or westward songs. If I was a cow, I would always be eating, making what others sell, and be the antonym of originality. Good thing I am not a cow.
