People have always said that life doesn't make sense or that life isn't fair. I always nodded in agreement just to pretend like I knew what they were talking about. I think I realize more now, what exactly it is that they are talking about...
I had this ongoing vision of the future, which included where I would go to college, how I would get a job, and have a family, etc. etc. Recently it has been called to my attention to remember something that I used to know: I am not the one in charge.
I was at a point in my life where I felt like I was in control. Recently I realized that I am not as in control as I thought. One of those "God is bigger than you" reminders. Everybody needs them every now and again.
Things in my life have changed course before but never without me seeing it coming and expecting it. I guess this time I was just to deaf or busy to hear it coming. So just to remind you all, God is bigger...

A couple of things,
1) I like your post and the reminder that we are not in charge. It is something I often forget and I don't like not being in control of it all.
2) I am now singing the veggie tales song, "God is Bigger than the boogie man, bigger than godzilla and the monsters on TV! Oh God is bigger than the..."
